We at Eclipsed Craftworks are working to make our site, EclipsedCraftworks.com, accessible to people with disabilities.
What web accessibility is
An accessible site allows visitors with disabilities to browse the site with the same or a similar level of ease and enjoyment as other visitors. This can be achieved with the capabilities of the system on which the site is operating, and through assistive technologies.
Accessibility adjustments on this site
We at Eclipsed Craftworks have adapted this site in accordance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA criteria, and have made the site accessible to the level of AA.
This site’s contents have been adapted to work with assistive technologies, such as screen readers and keyboard navigation. As part of this effort, we have also:
-
Used the Accessibility Wizard to identify and fix potential accessibility issues
-
Set the language of the site
-
Defined a logical content order on our pages
-
Defined clear heading structures across all pages
-
Added alternative (alt) text to images
-
Implemented color and contrast combinations that meet required color contrast thresholds
-
Reduced unnecessary motion on the site
-
Ensured that any videos, audio, or downloadable files are accessible or have an accessible alternative
Accessibility arrangements:
Studio & In-Person
Eclipsed Craftworks hosts workshops and classes at a variety of locations across Colorado. Because our venues may change from event to event, accessibility features such as parking, entryways, restrooms, or seating arrangements can vary.
We do our best to select spaces that are welcoming and accessible, but if you have any questions about a specific event’s location or accessibility features, please reach out before attending. We’ll gladly provide details about the venue, discuss potential accommodations, or help you find the best way to participate comfortably.
If you have specific accessibility needs for a workshop or in-person visit, please email EclipsedCraftworks@gmail.com in advance so we can make reasonable accommodations whenever possible.
Your comfort and inclusion are deeply important to us, and we’re committed to improving both our digital and physical spaces as our business grows.
Ongoing Efforts & Feedback
We’re committed to maintaining and improving our accessibility over time. We recognize that perfect accessibility is an ongoing process and we welcome your feedback. If you encounter any barrier or difficulty accessing our site or studio services, please contact us:
