By placing an order with Eclipsed Craftworks, you agree to the following terms:

• Products & Services: We sell handmade candles, art, and curated goods, as well as in-person workshops and classes.

• Pricing & Payment: All prices are listed in USD. Payment is due at checkout through our secure payment processors.

• Cancellations: Workshop and class cancellations must be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time for a refund or credit.

• Intellectual Property: All product images, descriptions, and designs are owned by Eclipsed Craftworks. They may not be copied, modified, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

• Promotional Use: Approved collaborators or affiliates may use provided brand assets and photos with credit to Eclipsed Craftworks.

• Limitation of Liability: Eclipsed Craftworks is not responsible for damages arising from misuse of our products or failure to follow safety instructions.
