Refund Policy

We want you to love what you bring home from Eclipsed Craftworks. If something arrives damaged or doesn’t meet your expectations, we’ll make it right.

 

Damaged Goods: If your order arrives broken, melted, or otherwise damaged, please email us at EclipsedCraftworks@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. Include a photo of the issue and your order number — we’ll issue a full refund right away. No return required.

 

Returns & Exchanges: If your item simply isn’t what you expected, you can return or exchange it within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

• Condition: Returned products must be unused and in their original packaging.

• Refunds: Refunds will be processed once we receive the returned item and confirm its condition.
