Shipping Policy

We currently ship orders within the United States only. If you would like to place an order outside the US please reach out here for shipping cost estimates.

• Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days before shipping. Some products are only in store-fronts that close during certain weekdays. Each piece is hand-poured, packed, and shipped by one person. That person has two jobs outside of running her own business. Thank you so much for your patience. 

• Shipping Carrier: Orders are usually shipped via UPS or USPS- this may change depending on the best available shipping rates and delivery estimates.

• Tracking: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 14 days for your package to arrive. Sometimes things get routed weird and take a little longer than expected.  IF IT HAS BEEN OVER 14 DAYS PLEASE REACH OUT!

• Delivery Issues: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Eclipsed Craftworks is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses, but we’ll help you contact the carrier to resolve issues when possible.
