Shipping Policy

We currently ship orders within the United States only. Each piece is hand-poured, packed, and shipped from our Colorado studio.

• Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days before shipping.

• Shipping Carrier: Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS, depending on the best available rate and delivery time.

• Tracking: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

• Delivery Issues: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Eclipsed Craftworks is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses, but we’ll help you contact the carrier to resolve issues when possible.
